We operate the website www.bodysync.ai (the 'Site'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services').

We provide a software that analyses evidence based, peer reviewed papers to provide treatment plans.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless cancelled. The length of your billing cycle is monthly.

Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial to new users who register with the Services. The account will be charged according to the user's chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.

Cancellation

All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services without written permission from us.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
  • Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious material.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TREATMENT PLANS PROVIDED BY BODYSYNC AI LTD ARE WHOLLY DEPENDANT ON THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN THE PROMPT, MOST IMPORTANTLY A CORRECT DIAGNOSIS. BODYSYNC AI LTD WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY CAUSED TO A PATIENT FOLLOWING A PROGRAM GENERATED USING AN INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS.

ANY TREATMENT PROGRAM PROVIDED BY BODYSYNC AI LTD IS DONE SO TO ASSIST A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONER AND SHOULD BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PRACTITIONER'S EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE. THE DECISION TO CARRY OUT AND PROVIDE A GENERATED PROGRAM TO A PATIENT IS DONE SO WHOLLY AT THE PRACTITIONER'S JUDGEMENT.

19. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Legal Terms.
